CUSTOMER RESEARCH + KEY FINDINGS

Working closely with account managers and existing users, the team compiled a survey that gathered insights on seller's challenges and pain points at each stage of the wholesale process. With this exercise, we were able to identify 3 general types of sellers and opportunities for each of these audience groups. While features are always being revamped and improved, we highlighted areas where the product and account teams can act on to achieve maximum results: we want to bring on more high quality seller to the marketplace, improve order management features and improve integrations for payment, shipping and sales platforms like Shopify and Apparel Magic.
